当社は、プラスチックの切削加工メーカーとして、産業機器、プラント機器、 理化学機器等にいたる分野を幅広く手がけています。 板材加工品では、厚物板でブロックに加工し、ＮＣ加工しております。 メーカー規格に無い板厚は、重合接着で接着し板厚を出します。 【板材加工品の事例】 ■透明アクリル（下部）と乳半アクリル（上部）を重合接着でブロック ・ＮＣ加工 ・表面：バフ加工（磨き加工） ■120ミリ厚の透明アクリルの加工品 ・ＮＣ加工（表、裏） ・表面：バフ加工（磨き加工） ・裏面：ブラスト加工（白濁させている） 裏面より光を入れると裏からのザグリ部がやんわりと光る

For sheet thicknesses not specified by manufacturer standards, we achieve the desired thickness through polymer adhesive bonding. 【Examples of Sheet Material Processing】 ■ Processed products made of 40mm thick transparent acrylic - NC machining - Top surface: Buffed (polished) - Side surface: Blasted (made opaque) ■ Acrylic transparent material over 10t machined into button shapes, followed by buff polishing and silk printing from the back - Front surface: UV thick silk compatible * Silk printing plate fee is required separately.
